Product quality is very bad.. Disappointed Feeling cheated as the product mentioned got 1 yr warranty but at last being told actually is no warranty..

I bought an electrical hot plate from one of their dsitributors. Become faulty less than a month use but warranty says 1 year. Cannot get repair and replacement so have to go to this Butterfly (Lien Hin) but was horrified with the experiences with them. In and out to and fro no less than 6 times to get the hot plate repair for more than 2 months long. Finally was invited to a '''fight" (I was scolded and manhandle) by the technician there becasue I would not give up my rights to get my hot plate properly repair within the warranty period. What a bunch of joker there !

Bad services by the receptionist lady where she gave bad face to the you and asked you to go somewhere else to purchase if you are trying to ask whether got discount, impatient to explain the details of the products to you when you do not understand, and the gas stove purchased from there is not cheap compared with other brands but somehow not as high quality as what Butterfly can offer in 10 years back , the gas stove (BGC-933/305) is somewhat soft and fragile in terms of the materials used to build it . The newly purchased gas stove will also has kind of explosion sound ("boom") when turn off the knob after used for cooking, in which it might be dangerous to the users. What's more, there is no parking for the customers as the shop is located just besides the main road.

Send to service center today in kl, the receptionist girl was good and friendly but really not satisfied with that guy who came to service the stove. Very sulky face and didnt bother to ask me about the stove problem. Later before leaving i had to go and tell him he said its normal which we had problem starting the fire. Not happy the way he spoke. Should improve.For service/repair need 5 to 7 days..which i am not happy at all. Should be able to do faster. Without a stove how to cook that week.

I'm the third generation, we been using their cooking gas stove, other products....... You don't have to worry about quality & after sale service

If I could, I’d prefer to give zero stars. Lousy customer service. Called the service line plenty of times on different days and time and can’t get through. Sent an email but no replies either. I manage to call another electrical shop that links to this company to finally get someone to help connect me. I was advised to bring my oven over to have a check but I was later informed after lugging my oven over that because of the flood, their equipments had problems. Fine. I was requested to return next Monday or Tuesday when everything are up and running. I requested for another number to call to make sure rather than taking the time to come over lugging the oven over again since the landline/service number is not working. They said they can’t give any other number but that same landline/service number and have no other solutions. Extremely poor customer service. Don’t buy any equipment from them if you want to avoid lousy customer service like this.

Bought a single cooker electric oven for warming up leftovers and canned food, reasonably priced it has a 6 month warranty on it. After about 2months it wasn't working I sent it to shop and was promptly repaired got the cooker very quickly. Happy with the services. Puan Rose, the manager at the front is helpful.
