For those want to book and cancelled but still paying also will get rude treatments..I mentioned pay but still get scold..shame on your service.. already saying will pay due to cancel last minute but still reply dam rude..shame on you..for those that don't believe I can share the screenshot to you guys.. highly not recommended..last time use to be loyal customer but now..

I'm customer from serdang area, since start using buzybee cleaning service, is very satisfied with them, even change other cleaner still on good performance, very happy deal with them. Strong recommend this company!!

I'd like to share my bitter experience on recently with a cleaning service namely, BuZyBee Cleaning Services. I asked for a cleaner for normal cleaning services. My house was left oily and still dirty. She mopped halfway through and I noticed it was still oily although there was no oil spill. She mopped with hot water, claiming that only hot water will remove the oil and so i boiled the water and helped her with it, but it was still oily. I told her to use extra soap but she didn't listen claiming only hot water is good enough. It was so slippery and I had elderly people at home, didn't want anyone falling down. When her time came and was almost up, she immediately packed her things and asked for the payment although the work was not completed. After she left, not satisfied with the cleaning and mess she did, my mum and I mopped the floor again (with soap), a few more times. I informed via Whatsapp the person I made the booking from. All she kept saying was, 'sorry' but did not give a solution. After a few days of insisting to speak about this experience, I was put through to Wendy from BuzyBee. After explaining my experience, she mentioned that they will give me 2 cleaners for the price of 1 cleaner. I obviously refused to pay for another session of cleaning since , as the session that I paid for, was useless since I had to do the extra work. So, she agreed to provide 1 free cleaning service. After a week of no response from them, I called her to make the booking for the free cleaning service, to which she replied that she checked with her boss, they can not provide the promised 1 free cleaning service and I was not even informed of this! So I demanded a refund. Which she agreed to give me a refund and asked me to send my bank account details. I sent her my details after that phone call on 3rd September 2020. Till to date, I have not received my refund and every week, I have been calling or sending message through WhatsApp to Wendy, but to no avail. They have: 1. Messed up my house. 2. Left it oily and dirty = easy to slip and fall. Almost caused us to fall. 3. Given me more work. I pay them to clean but ended up I had to clean up after. 4. Not kept to their word of providing the services or refunding the amount 5. Not professional! I'm very disappointed with their services. Think twice before engaging BuZyBee Cleaning Services for your houses.

Poor services, the quality of cleaner is getting worse and poor time management that cannot finish all the jobs on time. Please try to avoid this company.

Everything went well and the cleaner, Amirah she's really GOOD, hardworking and friendly?Just explained to her what's my expectation and an hour before the end of service, double check which section requires special attention, showed her and she'll take care of it. Hope the employer would treat their cleaners better by providing a trolley (atleast).Pity her upon arrival at my condo, the driver drop her off with cleaning utensils , products and vacuum cleaner. Just imagine she has to carry all the things on her own.

Bad service EVER last minute cancelling that also after so many times call and ask what time coming then suddenly cancelling!!! ITS SHOW'S HOW PROFESSIONAL ARE THEY!! AND A BIGG BIGGG DOUBT WETHER THEIR STAFF ALL VACCINATED NOT!! BECAREFUL GUYS THEY MIGHT SCAM YOU GUYS TOO!! BEAD SERVICE EVER BEFORE JOB START ALSO WORST SERVICE READY DONO IF THE MAID COME HOW WOULD BE THE CLEANING SERVICES!!!!!

- Not on time at all but didn't inform me until I Whatsapp them after the promised time - Used the services for 4 months so far but every months different price like they manipulating the market pricr. - Cleaner ask for permission to leave early Worst ever!
