★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of musical instruments and accessories sold here in this shop which is moderately priced. If you are looking for second hand pianos, this could be one of the options. If you wish to sell your piano, I believe you may do so. However, this branch do not provide classes at all. Occasionally, they do some promotions in their shops which some musical instruments or accessories may be worth a buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter's violin string was snapped while she's practicing. This store is a savior to our kid's violin crisis - good string choice available and yup, they are capable at tuning the strings too! ???Awesome staff with great attitude. Thanks so much the wonderful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a few days ago I bought a wireless microphone and an external sound card from this store. The very friendly salesperson took me away that everything would work very well. Unfortunately, I could not connect these devices myself. The very nice guy at the store couldn't do it either, although he honestly spent two hours of his time. When all attempts were unsuccessful, he offered me to return the goods I bought in this store and said that the store would return the money to me. I believed !!! And now more than a week has passed and I have not seen the money ... No one answers my calls, no one from the store calls me. Did they steal my money? I don’t want to believe it! This is not a lot of money that can make a store rich. But for me this is a significant amount of money. I hope that at least one of the managers or store owners will be able to answer me why the money was not returned to me? Why are they treating customers so badly? Why should I ask for my money back many times? Why is the store wasting my time and my nerves? I will definitely write how it all ended and I am not going to stop. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience here. Before going, I whatsapp the shop asked whether the product I want is in stock. They answered yes. The next day, I waste petrol (traffic jam) and my time being there, the shop has other customers, lack of staffs, nobody serve you, I just look for the product I want by myself for half an hour, I seek for help but the staff there being so rude, just point his hand told me 'there, all there', but is actually out of stock. Don't simply reply whatsapp msg without actual checking your stock, you waste people precious time being there! I found on website their selling price higher than other place but I don't mind coz I want it urgently, but they don't even have stock there, super bad service
