I must say, this is the best Hi-Tea I have had in all my time in Johor Bahru. The set is generous; not the typical small portions a Hi-Tea set has elsewhere. The quality of the food is great, and yes the hospitality service is amazing. We had a lovely afternoon, full of laughter, full of beautiful photos, and full happy tummies! This is our genuine feedback, as bloggers & international travellers. This is not a sponsored review, just a group of happy foodies.
I am definitely going back for their buffet as soon as I have a chance! Until then, ciao and may you all have a Merry and Yummy Christmas!

Make sure you go at 6:30pm as they food is finishing fast ... they can't top up fast enough which is... the down side..but all good..just come earlier

It was my birthday so I made a reservation to celebrate there but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experience. I went at 8pm on the 28/12 and the food was already emptied. We can only eat the leftovers, the sisa makanan. There’s no choices but to wait. Refill was slow and insufficient too. Many customers complained that night. The food tasted just so so. The waiter explained it was due to recent change of kitchen staff. He offered a FOC buffet on next visit but I asked for a refund instead. Totally not worth the time and money and I will not go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For RM88, it's definitely not worth. You should look elsewhere. It's my 5th visit and each time, they reduce or replace premium stuff with something cheap. The service staff used to be impeccable but now, they're just like your above average mamak shop. We asked for help to get some satay. They took 45 minutes and after 5th asking and speaking to 3 different staff only did they unhappily serve it. We were disappointed because of how good it used to be. And we brought our company staff there for company dinner. It was an extremely uncomfortable dining experience. For goodness sake, the coffee and tea were premade and left there. I think normal mamak shop does better. The dessert section is like roadside kuih muih goreng Pisang stall really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cost rm168 per pax for the Christmas buffet dinner, but the variety and the quality is similar or even worse than the normal day rm88. The quality drop a lot, not even a single food is nice. If really wanna choose probably the satay but each round need to wait 30min and more? such a disappointment and not worth the money that paid. The oyster not fresh one but baked one ?Many people eat not even one hour and left. Such a shame with this kind of food that serve at such a 5star hotel
