★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but infested with mosquitoes my god. Its not 2 or 3 mosquitoes but more like 10-20 at any given moment. Lack of power points as well. Overall very uncomfortable environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely the worst cafe I've been. Customer Service is terrible. They are ignorant and unfriendly. I ordered a mocha at non peak hour (4pm) and it took them 15 mins. There are lack of power points here. Only 3 to be exact, and they're located at the table that is most uncomfortable to sit at. (refer pictures) Speaking about comforts, the cat-ears's chairs is really unpleasant to sit on. None of the big tables with tall chairs has any power points. The cafe utilise wifi from the Book Xceess store. It's an open wifi signal so anyone can use it. The downside is the speed, which reached maximum at 5mbps. Not good enough for video call or full HD streams. Mind you this speed is at a non peak hours...
