It offer high rise facilities such as swimming pool, badminton court, kindergarten, covered parking, playground, rooftop recreational lounge, surau, restaurants and mini market offered for the convenience of the residents. 24-hour tight security is also offered to keep the residence safe and secured with maximum protection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful and comfortable place. Nice management and clean area. Got swimming pool but need some repairs. Got small surao, taksa, water filter and grocery shop. Good thing is they have fuse chamber on ever floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed the place. Nice and clean. It's a Strategic place which has fantastic access to highways. About 20 min far from KL, 15 min to Cyberjaya, 7 min to Putrajaya. Has a lot of shopping mall nearby, such as IOI City Mall, Alamanda, Giant, Aeon and also 2 min to Pasar Borong Selangor, the region's big market for meat and vegetables.
