★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is extremely bad. I paid a deposit for a bridal package, but we need to postpone our reception almost a year due to mco. They charged higher prices without giving a notice & won’t refund the deposit. All staffs are not well trained & inexperienced. They don’t even know what they are doing. They are dreadful in every way and everything about them is horrible. Customer service is the worst. Need to wait for a few days to get response from Milla herself. How on Earth can we explain our expectations, if we cannot communicate with them!!?? Wouldn’t recommend this bridal. The decoration is undoubtedly superb, but the service is extremely poor. Terrible experience for me.
