★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best Cai Bao in the world, bar none. It's take away only, no dining in. And don't expect to get any without a reservation especially on weekends. Pandamaran is tricky to navigate without Waze or Google Maps, so make sure you have that if you're unfamiliar with the area. And don't forget the chilli sauce, it's what makes this Cai Bao unforgettable.
