★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely inefficient process. We first spoke to someone over whatsapp, who didnt give the info we need instead keep asking us questions, then promised someone will call at ( appt set for 4.30pm ) who has all info we needed from the BD team,no invite sent and a foreigner with bad accent called at 6.40 pm , 2 hours late never had the courtesy to even apologies. She again bombarded us with lots of same question we already answered over the whatsapp, while we were expecting our answer at least during this engagement, she said somebody ( 3rd person ) will call and talk to me next !!! Seriously ?????? then the initial guy we spoke over whatsapp made whatsapp voice call and again repeated the same question and content of my query. He again said the BD Manager will call us next week. So altogether 3 times engagement with them and our query never progressed even an inch !! They cannot even manage a lead ( us ) who have come to their business, how will they manage the lead for our business !!!!
