★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist that answers the main line is VERY rude and sarcastic. She never gives the customer a chance to speak when assistance is required. Moreover, she even went as far as hanging the call, and refusing to pick up my call for just a small request to speak with the company's person-in-charge.
How could such a business with more than 20 years of establishment have such a disparaging customer service? Very unprofessional to say the least.
