★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good after sales service for my canon printer. Went to them, fix printer paper roll issue, RM100. They will check for free for certain printers, SMS you quotation before you confirm proceed. Very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If coming using komuter / lrt, walk across the connecting bridge over the highway and go right after the brigde.
If by car and coming from Federal Highway side, park at the spaces a bit after the connecting bridge from Komuter / LRT. Tower 6 is closer to walk from there (tower numbers is incremental towards KL direction btw).
Take lift to 1st floor and then walk towards the left. Go to reception first, get visitor pass to go to level 3 for customer service. Canon is facing Glenmarie entrance, so its a bit hidden from Federal Highway side.
You can also submit the service request prior coming (see photos).
Parking for UOA business park is free for first hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dont buy selfy. i bought the latest black Cp1300 after 2 year plus, it broke down and i sent for service. Keep on saying paper finish when it actually used 3 papers. Service centre said not repairable soo recommended buy new one at rm550. Guess what, i bought it at rm495. My mum selfy also broke down. Useless junk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center and the technician En.Mal was superb in handling my printer issue. Managed to solve online as the repair shop near my house (not Canon authorized repair shop) conned me to pay RM300 stating printer head issue. It was just simple task and Canon Service Center managed to save my money from this con shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to repair EOS M50 rubber grip. Office at Tower 6, Level 3, office is not too packed and very calm. Overall customer service is very excellent. They are all friendly. Took only a day to repair and pickup the day after. I even asked the technician if I want to repair by myself and Mr Tse Chee Leong taught me how to do it (although advised me not to do so).
I even requested them to test my M50 with their EF 800mm f/5.6L and they allowed me!!
