★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is just behind the capital tower condominium. From the main entrance of the Lulu hypermarket you can get into the Cap tower Centre. You can simply search for AIA Cap tower Square.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a commercial building for crying out loud. What's there to review. I was on my way to Menara AIA Cap Square for some financial matters and its exactly right behind Jakel Mall. Don't get it confused with Wisma AIA though. That's all I can say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guards are officious. You can't smoke or drink by the pool. Residents tend to be snooty, arrogant ex-pats. This is also the place that Dutch model was murdered and then thrown off the balcony. It looks good but I'd avoid it. I stayed there for almost a year and it was not a good experience. Decent library on the pool level, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everything is badly organized. Even the carpark.Only good thing about the place is the Lulu Hypermarket selling all cheap stuffs . But you can get even cheaper if you walk across the road to Masjid india.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The towers are office lots and nearby also have Lulu market. If you parked underground then will charge directly about RM3 per hour if not mistaken. The worst part is they do not provide 10-15 min F.O.C parking entry so the traffic around the building become congested with vehicles who want to wait for their family or friends after working hours. It also caused most drivers to parked at the roadside in a long row. I understand if the management does not want cars to parked around the building and blocking the traffic then they should have policy encourage those drivers to wait in the car park provided with cheaper fees or F.O.C ticket since the waiting time usually 10-15 minutes only.
