 The shop is clean and bright, the products are neatly and clearly arranged, and there are everything from refrigerated food, canned food, and special sauces!

โ โ โ โ โ Some frozen items are fresh...some have gone tru bad supply chain and cold storage mismanagement... just bought a pack of premium dim sum but turned out it's bad taste & not fresh due to poor cold chain handling..I have to throw away the whole pack..look at how u handle the cold chain please..I always see staff taking stocks in and out and throwing back into freezer...?

โ โ โ โ โ This morning, 4 Aug 2021, I visited yolr shop to purchase some items. While in your shop, I notice a young lady not wearing any face mask talking to one of your staff. When I went over to the cashier to pay for my item, I motioned to her with my hands to wear a face mask and she ignored me. Please kindly check and repremand your staffs appropriately for not ensuring SOPs are stringently followed in your shop by everyone inside.
