YOU CAN EASILY TRAVEL USING GRAB OR BY BUS WHICH IS FAR BETTER AND EASY THAN HAVING THIS. ITS NIGHTMARE
I wish there was an option for negative rating or 0 rating..
booked the cab from this company for my brother ( who is travelling with infant) to ensure he has comfortable visit while he is in KL for one day .. I was living in KL before and know very well. But just to have more comfort. Instead of taking grabs within City and bus for Genting Highlands , i opted for this company to hire one cab with driver for 10 hours. But guess what, they made sure it was a huge mistake i ever made. BUS journey would have been more comfortable and easy than this. We asked for 9 am pick up.. no communication by Kamran until 9am. Then he said Ohhh.. we are out of drivers.. Fine!! Then time given was 10 am.. again 10 am.. he said will be arriving within 20 mins. Guess what. Until 11 am he couldn't make it.. when i called him again and again.. he picked up.. talking rudely and then making sure to cut my phone again and again.. later he said driver met with some accident as an excuse.. okay lets believe this is true.. then he said.. he is coming by himself ( as if this is a favor to us) ..story doesnt end here.. Sir Kamran doesnt know the routes and hence obviously charging for 10 hours and wasting time in finding ways...also I booked Myvi, he came with Almera and showing off it to me saying we are travelling in higher range car in the same amount.. another favor You see.. well i asked for Myvi. U are coming in Almera. So what.!!!!! You are out of cars and its ur decision..
Genting Highlands Temple, parking Lot is there!!!!!! Its there - go to site and read for ur information.. you can drop the passengers and park the car.. but this guy made my brother walk all the way to temple with infant for 1 km one way.. then he forgot where did he parked the car and wasted another hour in finding.. amazing right??
At the end.. just for concluding.. it was worst travel ever.. there was no choice for my brother than ending the trip in 8 hours as he couldn't tolerate more than this.
Basically he could only visit 2 places with money spent 6 times. I could easily go to designated places by bus or cable car but as had to cover KL city which couldnt happen so booked this pathetic cab service.

โ โ โ โ โ There are many other options available than this, will not recommend this one at all. We booked cab with driver for one day trip. Driver arrived super late after dozens of follow ups. Then he wasnt aware of KL routes and attractions. Didn't follow what we wanted. We ended up paying 7 times of what we could have easily booked using bus or grab with better experience.
