★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend wrapped his steering to Nappa on 15/10/20. Sent in in the morning lunch time received this photos said steering clips broken. And create fake & funny story blame my friend dismantle steering before. And tried to glue it back but failed and we found out they are the one who are responsible for all the broken parts. As the fact shows that they dunno how to dismantle steering they used screw driver to cucuk the steering. End up my friend spent more than RM2.4k for damaged steering clips, steering cover hub, AIGBAG module, steering switch. And until now they still not admit their fault and very arrogant the PIC said they do a lot of luxury cars like Bentley, Ferrari, Jaguar look down on my friend driving Mazda.
