β β β β β I purchased a baby bathtub from this shop yesterday. After back home found that got some issue regarding that bathtub, then I go back this shop want to do refund but the aunty in this shop don't want refund to me and say she sold out so many time don't have customer come back for this issue. This really make me unsatisfying because I return that bathtub to this shop within half an hour and I haven't use it before. After negotiate she say can exchange for other item but not refund. So think twice before buying from here.
Re: Good storyteller, I like it. Well, normally seller will refund to buyer If their product have issues. Impossible customer have to accept defective product right? I know is a hard time for everyone now, so I really appreciate and like the way how you treat your customer :) Good job mate ;)
