β β β β β I have a great experience with miss yong. She is a great physiotherapist because she explains thoroughly about carpal tunnel syndrome as i got cts last time from my working place. Thus i got a full understanding about my injuries and how to prevent them from happen again. Thank you miss yong and i will come again for the treatment. A very good place to treat your pain and injuries. Really recommended??

β β β β β Came here after randomly stumbled across on social media. If you are having sport injuries, this would be the right place to be. My shoulder was in pain and soreness, and after a quick check found that is biceps tendonitis. First she will massage soften up the tightened part of your muscle, you will be freaking relieved after massage, so good. After that she used a specialized EMS machine to cure deep muscle tissue. And she also provided advice which Muscle should i train to prevent injuries. Highly Recommended.

β β β β β Extremely grateful to the physiotherapist Kheng Fang at Carefirst Physiotherapy Center, she is indeed the best! Came in with a sprained ligament and bone fracture on my knee, and her tailored program facilitated recovery and very much put me at ease. Highly recommended if looking for effective rehab for knee injury.

β β β β β I had my foot sprained while playing badminton where it had swollen for weeks with limited improvement from the inflammation. It's getting more stressful and painful even for short walking or standing. And there, I approached Ms. Yong for therapies. She is caring and knowledgeable in assessing my injuries as well providing me some helpful advices about the precautions and recoveries. After few therapies with Ms. Yong, I found my foot gets better and better now. I've gotten to the right place, right people, and right treatment!

β β β β β Knee shockwave therapy is superbbbb! Cant squat before doing therapy due to pain but got relief after the therapy is done.

β β β β β I have a shoulder and neck soreness. Come for manual therapy. They do recovery massage and dry needling. Much better and relieving my soreness. Will come again next time for my knee problem.
