I help my aunt's to buy the lemon garlic ginger juice, and i found that her blood lipids and cholesterol got prevent, that's a good news for her. Will keep continued it. Biovinegar enzymes help me a lots, when i feel myself want to get sick , i mix the water with biovinegar enzymes. The next day i feel better than yesterday.
