One tip if you want to call her is best if you dont identify yourself as insurance agent (even though you want to bring her your customer)or she will be automatically busy in the meeting... she just hang up the phone hanging you like that. what an attitude...

You created a fake story and you also use the fake account to make the comments. I know you are Ms Chin, owner of pharmacy in lagenda height near to Maybank sungai petani. During the period take care of your brother (only 7 days) I only can said that is different opinions between nurses and pharmacist in nursing care ! You not accept any suggestions or opinions from us at all. I work as a nurse for 20 years , and my nurses most of them are more then 5 years experience. We try our best to help you and your family and end up you are not appreciate what we do. We decided not to continue this home nursing with you. I still remember that day I visited your brother in your house and I talk to you regarding this issue and end up you get mad and attack me in your house . Your mum and my nurse was around as well. We already make a police report on that time and I'm sure the police also take their action! ( The police report still with Us) Secondly, regarding the charges of our nursing .( you never pay us eventhough a sen till today! ) Pls make it clear that the market price now for Sp , Butterworth and Penang area is Rm 25 to Rm 30 per hour ( except the part time nurse who already attached to the hospital, their changes maybe different ). We only change you Rm 3000 per month for home nursing ( 1 nurse to 1 patient ) 8 hours a day for 22 days per month which is only Rm 17 per hour . Our changes is 40% lower then the market price! Our changes is 40% lower then the market price ! Anyway, we will consider to pass this case to lawyer to take action on you if needed as defamation . Thank you Regards Emily poo

Ego staffs and even manager, poor caring, irresponsible, poor professional knowledge, i would rather say it can merely met maid center service rather than nursing care home. Beware and think twice when u wanna send your beloved family member here. They charge almost 50% higher than market price, and yet no professional service is being provide. Think twice even when u willing to spend the money with hope that your family member will get good service and care!!!! Do send your love one here only if u want them to have a roof cover without any caring and expectation to recover!!!
