★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad..they gave us the wrong vitamins and after back home we noticed that and immediately back to them.we were shocked coz they have the vitamens which we want exept one and they should refund to us more than 25RM but they forced us to buy anything from them and now becase they cant refund our mony or save our mony to another day when we realy need smoe thing important from them they said no(they forgot that was their mistake)so we did it coz we dont have another choices...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well rounded pharmacy. There is also Watsons at the higher floor. Prices are around the same, some more ex, some cheaper. They also have the Caring card you can get for free. The staff looks a bit sad sometimes. Its ok, I was also depressed for months when my pet rabbit died, so it's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer services. Around 2 weeks back walk in and wanted to purchase a few items, nobody is there to take temperature and did not follow any sop. I need to hunt for the lotion I am looking for while i see the pharmacist sitting and playing with handphone while staff chit chatting in a group. When i ask for help, staff did not smile at all. Only a very unpleasant look that I interrupted them. After im done, i still need to wait at the cashier counter for sometime and look around before another 1 of their staff slowly walk over. Did not expect caring pharmacy to have this kind of terrible and horrible services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier that dealt with me was very helpful and friendly just had to write a review. Love it that she waited for me to register for membership and then help to redeem the points patiently, so in the end I got quite a good discount and voucher. Not that much, but still worth it and her attitude makes a good impression for me. The items in caring is also quite extensive compared to other pharmacies/drugstores.
