โ โ โ โ โ Will give more than 5 stars if possible for superb customer service! They have a notice which reads *We ask because we care* and boy do they deliver! Very difficult to come across good customer service anywhere nowadays so kudos to the staffs here.

โ โ โ โ โ The indian staff at the counter was very rude and impatient with me. I saw that she behaved the same with another customer. There is a polite way to inform the customers that they should not take too much time have to shop at the store. Or at least put up a notice to inform customers of time limitations.
I have had bad experience shopping here many years ago. That is why i do not prefer this outlet unless it is really unavoidable.

โ โ โ โ โ i have been to alot of pharmacy and this is my first time here.
i can say this could be the only pharmacy that actually practice good SOP around this area.
Doors kept open to encourage air circulation, staffs all either double masked or with face shield.
Limiting few customers each time to prevent crowding in the shop.
Most importantly, brilliant service from the pharmacist Miss Lee that is so patient with my father who's bit deaf on his ears.
So impressed that i create an account just to leave this review. keep up the good work.

โ โ โ โ โ The shop is not spacious enough to allow more than 3 customers to enter. Staffs always friendly and attentive , though they are very busy.
I like being served by the MESRA , helpful, cheerful , positive attitude staff.
Can't remember all their names, but I ask them Everytime,?
