For the past two months, I've been contacting/visiting all the Caring outlets in Melaka to look for the face mask with the teddy bear print (the Iconic brand) but to no avail.
On 18 January, I went to this particular Caring outlet at Kota Laksamana. One of its employees, Encik Farid surprised me when he informed that there is one last box/unit of the Iconic brand mask. According to Encik Farid, he had ordered that last box from another Caring outlet at a state located at the East Coast and reserved it for me.
Encik Farid's gesture simply blew my mind away as it is the best example of dedication, commitment and excellent service that should be expected of a customer service representative at any organisation. His gesture has made me, a 59 year old Chinese lady on a motorbike, feel very much like a VIP.
This is the third time that I have commended Encik Farid for his excellent service. However, again and again he never ceases to amaze me whenever I visit the outlet he is stationed with his service and trademark contagious and generous smile.
I really hope that the Caring management will give Encik Farid the recognition that he deserves.
To Encik Farid and the other staff at Caring Kota Laksamana, keep up the good work.
