โ โ โ โ โ Staff not trained. There was a queue at the payment counter and we were at the back. Two Chinese customers were chatting away with your counter girl and she kept entertaining them with all their questions and comments about several products they were buying. Even after one customer called out to ask the counter girl to let him pay first as he was in a hurry, the two customers ignored him and continued to talk and laugh until another customer scolded them. The arrogant customers just turned back and actually asked the customer to go and pay at another counter. The irate customer asked them which other counter as there wasn't any other counter. Then, to the anger of all in the queue, the 2 customers said they had already paid and were leaving anyway - this was after they made everyone wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes. The problem was with the Caring staff who didn't know how to handle the 2 customers. We will never go to Caring again.
