★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a huge pharmacy situated in a strategic location. Unfortunately, the store manager (Vince) if im not wrong, has a rather BLUNT and TERRIBLY rude attitude. This ruins my whole experience here. A truck driver kinda attitude is unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my frens likes to patronize the Caring at publika is because of Vince, the branch manager, he is a caring pharmacist and has a vast knowledge on prescribing medicines. He is also very careful and safe when prescribing medicines. Everytime I order medicines due to my health reasons he always delivers it on time. A must to visit caring after coffee to check out latest products too!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular branch DOES NOT answer the phone. Not the first time experiencing this at this branch. I have called numerous times to check if a certain meds is available before heading out there. Such poor response as compared to Caring in Damas, which unfortunately the meds required is out of stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist gave the most expensive medicine of that one kind without asking me which one do I prefer in the first place. While the color and package almost looked the same, I overlooked and paid the medicine double of the price. The pharmacist should ask what kind of brand the customer prefer in the first place instead of just giving the customer the most expensive of all at the beginning. >:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staffs laughing and playing at the pharmacy counter at the back of the shop, din even care to ask what customers need. When I paid the bill, I even needed to raise up my volume in order for the cashier to hear me, because all the staffs still laughing and talking loud behind the cashier.
Stocks are all messy on the floor, not sure they havent had the time to arrange them or what.
This is the first time I experienced such situation in caring.i think the management of this branch needs to train their staffs well.
