โ โ โ โ โ I have a doctor's prescription for a medicine. Pharmacist said they don't have the medicine and recommended another similar medicine but wanted my doctor to change the prescription. Crazy! Anyway I finally bought the medicine from the Jalan Ipoh's Caring branch.

โ โ โ โ โ Needed BP checking device urgently, Caring Pharmacy was the solution. Chatted with Ms Yong, the pharmacist. Very friendly approach and got my things ordered, paid and delivered as well. Received within an hour upon payment. Great service. Will surely continue with purchase with Caring Pharmacy in future. Thank you very much, Ms Yong.

There was an emergency at 7.45pm and I called this useless inhumane pharmacy to help send some strong painkillers and muscles relaxers to my friend that lives alone but they were more interested in closing their shop on time!!! How disgusting their behaviour is, shame on you!! I even offered to book a Grab Express but they were insistent that they would only send it the next morning! By that time my poor friend would have had to suffer for 12 hours!!!! Luckily I called Healthlane Pharmacy instead and they were so happy to help even though their closing time is the same too, this is what the core value of any medical line should be, being human! You really chose a moronic name for your pharmacy! Itโs not โCaringโ at all!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Most horrible experience I have ever encountered in a pharmacy. All the staff from the promoter, pharmacist and cashier seems disinterested in their work. Really pity the owner. The aunty at the cashier is not bothered with her work. Had to remind her that I am here to pay for the merchandize. Then, only, she 'wakes' up. Promoter super unfriendly. It is like she is forced to work. This happened on 14th September 11 AM. Hope they improve as there are many other pharmacies in Sentul where we can go to with much better treatment of their customers. Again, pity the owner. He should train all his staff on how to manage their customers.
