Hand breaded chicken was slightly undercooked, quality of Chili Beef Cheese Fries and Classic Cheeseburger drooped so low it is now comparable to many Ramly Burgers street stalls out there. Chili cheese fries were oily and too salty. Not sure if it's only this branch, but am sure many will agree with me. Wanted to give only 1 star, but this used to be my favourite fast food chain years ago. Won't order for a long time to come. Hope management would realize that their food is on the pricier side compared to other fast food chains, and bring the quality up to where it is supposed to be.

Wish they still have the salsa bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a philly cheese steak burger. The cashier explained that it has a burger patty and another slice of steak. What came was not as he explained or nothing like what was in the pictures. It had a burger patty and a few small squarish pieces of meat. Not worth the price in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super good burgers, the price of the burgers really padan with the deliciousness of it? portion also big so the price paid here is worth it. one of the most iconic but underrated fast food chains in Malaysia. also Carl's Jr is hard to find in Malaysia, so now u just found one ;)

It's absolutely scrumptious and the grilled burger patties used in the burgers are larger than the already substantial buns which they're sandwiched between. And the softdrink option here is an all-you-can-drink option which jives well with the large burger servings with the fries. The tables are comfy and I have a good time with my brother over an occasional game of chess over a burger meal here. Fabulous indeed.
