★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey bouquet, extra charge for local delivery. The owner is unreliable and irresponsible, I am surprised of how the store can survive with such BAD service. I booked a bouquet 10 days ago, I texted her a day earlier just to make sure everything is fine, then turned out, she told me she might give me replacement flower because no stock for the one I paid for. I find it shocking and ridiculous because she didn't bother to send me a notice if she will give me a replacement flower.
When I insisted for a refund for not getting what I paid for, she said the flower is already on the way, no refund. Her excuse was unacceptable, she just told me that she can't gurantee the flowers will arrive in time or in stock or not.
Then WHY the early booking? Why no notice to your customers if there is no stock / replacement flowers without adjusted price ? Why no refund if you failed to deliver what your customers requested ?
Total ridiculous and unfair treatment, please STAY AWAY, go support other florists in town.
