★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to deal with. Trusted. Sekejap je dah siap everything. No add on charges. If there's one thing need to be improved, just the punctuality lah. Because I booked at 11.30 am, but the mechanic arrived at 11.52 am. But it's okay because at 11.30am he has informed me he'll be a bit late. And I'm not on rush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using carput service, pretty disappointing experience despite overall high rating review. Initially booked an appointment at 1pm & was told that battery model was available, half an hour before appointment time, was informed that mechanic was hold up on job & appointment was change to 2pm instead. Call the hotline slightly after 2pm again to check if mechanic was reaching anytime soon & was told that the mechanic was already back to workshop & the battery model no more stock available. Very irresponsible service provided!!
