★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and bad attitude from your staff, pay for not worth it,car still dirty,more stain after collect my car,keep on ask me to polish my car if not after wash still the same thing,but I just polish my car a month only,why don’t say because I don’t want to polish then you just put the car park without washing and just collect money?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple dirt also cannot clean...i have to use wet tissue lightly wipe it away. Dash board, gear, window...all still dusty. Tissue on floor carpet didnt throw away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am there to redeem my FREE CAR WASH VOUCHER from UMOBILE on Saturday afternoon, and when I looking for someone to approach to ask about the details and there's 3 man SITTING THERE STARING at me even though they know I'm clearly looking for somebody, 2 Indian and a Chinese if no mistaken.
After I approach, they say you can claim this voucher no problem, but once we finished washing u must come to collect the vehicle right away, using the unwelcome tune. I was so stunned and thinking maybe because I dint pay and only car wash so they not interested plus it's Saturday many business opportunities for them so I won't blame.
I gave up this deal cause of the inconvenience, ain't nobody got time to standby for your call while shopping and eating inside shopping center.
PS: They have reputation of bad service attitude and money eyes from Internet forums, seriously go check it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid a hefty RM106 for wash and vacuum, only to have white soap stains on my car windows and a forceful salesperson cornering me to join their membership with condescending tone. Utter joke of me to fall into this con trap, please beware.

On 11 Jan 2020, after car wash I realised there is a scratch on the front left bumper.
When asked, supervisor quickly deflected responsibility and said it is a pre-existing scratch. It’s a new scratch, long and deep, not there before. But he kept on pushing away his responsibility. We argued for more than 45 minutes, waste of my time.
CARs’ useless solution for such situations will leave customers hanging and angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the cleaning service here. Sent my car wash around. 4pm, say expect 8pm only can be done cus there are another 6 cars waiting. But system showed 5pm + already done cleaning. When I collect my car at 7.30pm. So many stain on my car and even the wind screen can see still oily and full of dust. Very disappointed!!
