★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did mine at Level 4 QB Parking lot. 3 star because the polishing done on the outside was great (paid for the 3-layer polish). Loved the outcome. However the inside was not thoroughly cleaned. I don’t think they even vacuumed? There were dirt in the middle compartment between the driver & the passenger side, & on the floor. Expected better overall outcome with the amount of money spent.

When I tried non membership 25rm for normal car wash. took about 2-3hours.
They forget send me SMS notifications 5 hours later SMS received. better to check my self status. do not wait for the SMS.
I entered my car as soon as smelled stinks
I suspect wash worker body smell stick in my car. very very stinks. I opened windows all to
refresh air.
allover quality service is bad.
better to not come do car wash here.
waste time and money!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been a CARs member for more than a year but the service are getting worst.
And this is by far the worst of all.
I went to their Queenbay Mall outlet yesterday for a simple car wash I got there at about 5.45pm and handed over my key. They told me 7pm close so had to collect key by then. They called me at almost 7pm and so I left the mall halfway to go and collect my key and do the payment. Once I got the key I head back to the mall and continue to my shopping.
And once I’m done I get back to my car and drove home. Today when I wanted to go out and grab some food, just found out 3 side doors are scratched up and they din even tell me about it. The scratched all not there before because it was quite visible on all 3 side door.
I’ll try to call their outlet to see what they got to say about this. What a bad experience.
