Lol.This Outlet is a joke.. pay for Car polish and wax but afterlook is like they simply spray water and wipe with dry cloth..the car is still left with dirts

the worst outlet throughout Malaysia, I called in to ask a simple question and the staff hung up my call straightaway without any answer. A clear barbaric and idiot sign. The brand of Car’s International will be ruined by this type of lousy and unworthy staffs. Never again will I pay such a high premium for this kind of low level clown. ??????????

Rubbish car wash after wash the dirt still on it also no thinking to clear welling. Don't recommeded go this rubbish place to wash this money.

Have been a long time member of this car wash company and outlet but the services had deteriorated over the years.Their addition of a Bangladeshi supervisor recently who has a behaviour of a gangster was the breaking point to me to no longer renew my membership with this company.They are only interested in selling membership to collect $$$$ than to offer honest and good services to their customers.Despite taking long hours to wash your car,the car is never clean.Moreover,they constantly face staff problems so best to avoid paying your hard earned monies to such company with poor ethics

Sent in my vehicle for “washing and polishing” cost rm250, vehicle is still in dirty condition after they informed me to do collection. 4 rims covered with thick dirt Car Interior without vacuum. Dust and stained are left over without cleaning. They used cloth to wipe those dirt instead of washing when I complained. Due to my complained the supervisor accused me of hit and run. As he mentioned all their car wash staff eyed on my act.. I called the person in charge to inform about their accusation yet he replied “why are your scared ?“ he sound arrogantly without hesitate to ask me what is happening and what accusations of the story behind. I told him I have nothing to be afraid because I will leave these issue to the police to do the rest by investigating and refer evidence from cctv footage. I lodged in a police report regarding their accusation and cheating case. The person in charged sent me a voice mail “the victim car owner” stated that his/her car damaged was caused by earlier not at the car wash place. In that case why his staff mentioned that all staff’s eyes on the hit and run act and he did mentioned. 1st. They wipe vehicle instead of washing it. 2nd. They wipe again when a complaint have made. 3rd. They created fake story to sabotaging customer by creating “hit and run” accusation issue is totally unacceptable. 4th. The boss even brought in fake story to tribunal court stated that I cheated them to compensate me that they broke my car rubber in year 2018 at paragon, and told the judge that my husband said it was damaged earlier. All lied created by their staff and even the boss when damaged have caused by their car wash staff, just to get rid from being responsibility. We did not get their compensation in year 2018 due to the mechanics shop was closed. 1) if the staff never damage my car rubber then why at first place agreed to sent my car to their mechanic shop for repair. 2)the boss created new story that my husband told the staff “the rubber damaged was caused earlier” then why we still proceed to the mechanic shop that they arranged to get repair ? Why the staff still bare to compensation for us ? Using devil to attack customer behind scene, evil act and lied!
