β β β β β After confirming an appointment, i went all the way to Setiawangsa branch, beating the traffic. Upon arrival, i was told the car was booked and I had nothing else but to go home. No message, no phone call to inform me that the car was booked already. Horrible experience.

β β β β β Bad experience! They hold your deposit for so long. They said 2 weeks for refund. It took more then a month they hold your money. Even the sales team advised to report to their HQ. I have made saveral report and complaints still the same. Please improve

The website is great ,user friendly interfaces and I had a seamless booking process.

I had my appointment confirmed on the website and also through a phone as well. However when I turn up for my appointment, they have no prior arrangement and in fact the front desk staff looks clueless of my presences there. My sales person is not available and looks like it was a big ask for them to arrange other staff to handle my appointment.
The car was not stationed there and they had a person to get the car from elsewhere. I waited for almost 45 minutes.
The Carsome staff should have showed some empathy towards the customer and could offer / show me some other cars while waiting for the booked one to arrival. But they seems to be busy with the own stuff and let me waiting clueless.
I paid 1% to have my booking confirmed but the Carsome cannot honour the appointment. The worst parts, not bothered to entertain the customer who have walked in to their premise.
I can see they have invested so much on the website, digital marketing, showroom but they have failed in the very basics - customer service.

β β β β β They are located inside AU2 mall. Clean and tidy office but with very a few staff though. Inspection of cars from their customers will take about an hour or more. Overall good customer service as each experience on deals may vary.

β β β β β Nice place but staff is very lacking in customer focus. Have no respect for other people's time. I was told when inspection is completed, they would call to inform me. However, there was none and i had to ask the staff at the counter to check. Only then i was told i can go down to get the price quote. However, only a verbal quote was given instead in writing. My experience with carsome ampang was far much better eventhough the place was very basic.
