★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the restaurant for reservation weeks ago but when we arrived there, they failed to inform us that the restaurant is closed during Chinese New Year. We were only given lame apologies and they didn't even offer us anything to compensate our time. So disappointing. Lousy service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice, spacous, cosy and good villa @ hotel for events, gathering and union of family, staffs and vacation. Has big swimming pools for choldren anf adults. Friendly staffs and near Gunung Lambak area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can really feel that Covid went thru that place. We stayed one night in room Rome, with the Jacuzzi. The coffee machine was filled with mold, room is full of spider web, paint is peeling of, the Jacuzzi is blowing some "grey" stream in the water... Was just disgusting!! How can you claim to be the top hotel in the city? We called couple of times the staff but I was not intending to spend my whole trip asking for someone to clean the room. Bad experience, for sure will not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is huge, with big balcony too. It's a bungalow with only limited rooms available. So it's very quiet. I wish i was not in a rush and could stay longer. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent spacious luxury place to stay with family for a reasonable price. Awesome view overlooking the mountains. Great ambience. Nice private place for special occasion and events. Humble suggestion : Kindle include a mirror above the dressing table to facilitate women.
