★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupid maintenance. Elevator has been broken for ages. I don't see any effort from the management lately. In certain areas of the house, some telcos have very bad reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management. Elevator is very big issue. How can 31 level with no elevator for few months. Imagine old people, lady with baby, urgent &emergency cases? After few months,only 1 can repair. Then few days later all of the 3 lift cant be use. Very slow management. Even other old apartment nearby can handle in less than 3days.
