★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and confirm open but when go there place order need to wait for 2 hrs to serve for 6 person set lunch; there is only one cook available, in the end canceled the order. So not recommended for having lunch here

For 200myr - No TV and fridge.
Noisy with guess playing billiards until midnight.
A lot of ants visiting the room.
The beach is dirty.
Not worth ur hard-earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked one room (red room)..best thing on the same night only two of us there, like we booked the whole property..so we had the whole villa, pool all to ourselves! which was just great as we don't appreciate noisy and crowded place. Very good with clean pool, clean rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went last weekend with my big family for a family day vacation and it was the cosiest and nicest stay I must say! Full equipped w PA and karaoke system, bbq grill place, swimming pool. The villa is super big and have a nice view of the ocean. Super recommended for a big family gathering ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite and cozy homestay villa at the sea front. We chanced upon it after we couldn’t get bookings at the more better known ones.
We weren’t disappointed though. It is a nice, peaceful place with grand interiors that are tastefully done by the owner. They offer a simple but delicious breakfast.
Ideal for big groups of 30 & more especially for family get togethers and team R & R
