★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to move out soon!! Really really dont recommend this place for anyone, the elevators always break down, the access card issue, the security issue, etc. All these issues always trouble me until i hope to finish the rental period asap!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firs time seeing an apartment with literally NO ELEVATORS WORKING
2 of the lifts were down for a long time.
Leaving only 2 working.
1 of them is constantly breaking down
Which leaves us with only 1 reliable lift.
THEN THEY DECIDED TO REPAIR THAT ONE LIFT
LEAVING US WITH NONE.
I CANNOT EVEN BRAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has the worst lift maintenance. There isn’t a day when all 4 lifts are working, some days out of 4 only 1 lift is operating. Somedays it takes 15-20 minutes just to go down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend to stay in Casa Subang Apartment. Worst service ever. Only one or two lifts will work out of 4 lifts. If you call the management regarding to inform water issues, they purposely won't answer your call. The water will stop after 8am and it will take time to connect until in evening. Other than that the Management service is not good at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of this apartment is good, but pity the maintenance and management isn't up to par. MCO is long over already and yet, they're still not opening up the pool. Lifts are always broken down. Always an issue with the water pumps too. Wouldn't recommend staying here, if you can afford somewhere else.
