β β β β β Nice and friendly staffs... There are lots of items here for you to choose... They are some amazing and well kept second hand item which are sold in a reasonable and low price... Besides, there are also several new items sell there such as the sport equipments and musical instruments... Last but not least, you can sell any of your second hand item there, the shop authority will accept it below the market price as long as it is still can be function lah.

β β β β β Very helpful & professional staff. Went there to sell off some old toys & handbag. Was told that thier inventory are full of unsold toys so unable to take in any new stock. O lu manage to sell of the used handbag but still very happy with the staff very helpful & pure attitude. Thumbs up to them.

β β β β β Recommended if you want a second hand useful items such as electronic, baby items and many others. There are some second hand items that have the the warranty. The store staff was friendly and helpful.

β β β β β I really like the attitude and the energy in the staffs. They are really friendly and welling to help you with whatever you are trying to sell. However, they do not buy almost anything. They mostly focus on items that are in somewhat good condition. For example, I went today and tried to sell a cooking pot. Unfortunately, the friendly staff that serviced me did not accept the offer which is really reasonable and understandable. Because, that cooking pot has burns and some scratches over it. Overall, this is your destination shop if you want to get rid of extra stuffs in your home. Don't expect to get a good offer on your items. Thank you Cash Converters for your service.

β β β β β Save your time going there and carrying your stuff because they only buy it for 1-5% of your original purchase price.
For example small appliances that bought for RM200 will be only offered at RM5 only. Even if the item is only used once and nearly new condition, they only offered that low only.
What they want is the item is still in its original packaging and never opened before. Even that, the price won't be that high, only extra RM5.
They don't accept items that is not "in demand" too like unused unopened art tools, stationery, clothes, mint film camera, mint cassette player and other small items.
They buying it like in "besi buruk/old newspaper" market price.
If you're selling 2nd hand phones or any electronics with screen display, they will check the display making sure there's no lcd leaking, dark spots, white spots, pixel damage or any imperfections. If there is, they won't buy it. They only want the screen in perfect condition and the color still look fresh & bright.
The reason for that is they want it to sell it back at 2nd hand price too.
The items they will buy are toy collectibles, branded electronics, laptops, watches, kitchenware, PlayStation games, photography studio lights, baby stroller and other limited edition stuff.
After agreeing on the price, they will ask your IC for record and will test run your product. Only after that they will buy it.
So do your research first unless it's necessary to sell it. Seriously your items won't worth that much REGARDLESS of the brand, condition, availability, or how limited edition it was. Only worth RM1-15 per item. Highest maybe extra few ringgit. Who knows?
Better sell it somewhere else.

β β β β β I like it here..Friendly staff. Only 2 dose can enter. Not fully vaccinated even LOW RISK cant enter. But kids can enter?? I cant understand this new rules. They should change it if low risk (green) can enter.. Its good for business though.. Peace and harmony β?
