★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kucing sy hilang dalam jagaan catdot dan owner lepas tangan. Owner salahkan kucing dan saya sebab katanya sy lambat ambil dari hari yang sepatutnya. Padahal dari awal suruh ambil hari rabu tetapi kucing hilang rabu pagi masa owner datang kedai.
 Sy's cat is lost in the care of catdot and the owner is out of hand. The owner blamed the cat and me because he said he was slow to take it from the right day. Even though from the beginning I told him to take it on Wednesday but the cat disappeared on Wednesday morning when the owner came to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf, sy hadap pengalaman buruk kat sini. Hantar 2 ekor pada 20hb Dis 2021. Sekor boarding sahaja dan sekor lagi boarding dan mandi. Wife ada mintak nak tgk ruang sangkar tapi owner Catdot tak bagi masuk. Dah perasan keadaan agak kotor dan berbau. Tapi proceed jugak sebab dah booking. Silap kami kat situ.
26 hb Dis 2021, masa ambil dah perasan sekor hidung berhingus tapi masa tu agak kelam-kabut nak bertolak balik Putrajaya. Dalam perjalanan baru perasan sekor dah mcm lemah dan amat-amat kurus. Sampai Putrajaya wife check sekor kena flu, mulut dan hidung berbuih² sampai menitik. Taknak makan dan nampak trauma. Sekor lagi dah start cirit-birit, muntah² dan badan berbau (padahal yang sekor ni kami mintak mandikan). Agak kecewa kat situ sbb masa hantar wife dah pesan kalau kucing² kami nampak pelik@sakit, cepat² bagitau kami.
Esoknya kami hantar yang kena flu ni ke vet. Terkejut bila doc cakap dia flu, dehydrated teruk dan trauma. 3 hari kena warded. Sekor lagi pun sama sbb cirit-birit berpanjangan dan masih kat dalam rawatan kat klinik. At the end beratus jugak kami habis.
Maaf sy bukan nak tutup periuk nasi sapa². Tapi untuk owner Catdot, make sure perbaiki mutu servis. Kucing² yang dihantar tu amanah kepada kamu. Kepada customer² lain, harap apa yang jadi pada kami, tak jadi kat korg.
Sorry, I had a bad experience here. Send 2 tails on 20th Dec 2021. Only boarding and boarding and bathing. Wife asked for no cage space but the owner of Catdot did not share. I noticed the situation was a bit dirty and smelly. But proceed also because I have booked. We were wrong there.
On the 26th of Dec 2021, I noticed a runny nose but it was a bit chaotic to go back to Putrajaya. On the new trip, I noticed that I was weak and very thin. Until Putrajaya's wife checked for the flu, her mouth and nose were foamy until it dripped. I don't want to eat and look traumatized. Another time I started diarrhea, vomiting and body odor (even though we asked for a bath this time). I was a bit disappointed there because when I sent my wife, I told her that our cat looked weird@sick, hurry up and tell us.
The next day we send the flu to the vet. Surprised when the doc said he had the flu, severely dehydrated and traumatized. 3 days to be warded. The same goes for prolonged diarrhea and is still being treated at the clinic. In the end, we ran out of hundreds.
I'm sorry, I don't want to close anyone's rice cooker. But for Catdot owners, make sure to improve the quality of service. The cat that was sent trusts you. To other customers, hope what happens to us, doesn't happen to korg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my cat for grooming here and it was satisfactory. The price charged was reasonable; rm27 for long haired cat and the service was excellent too! My cat's ears was cleaned well and the worker was friendly and helpful too. Will send my cat again here in the future<3
