β β β β β Hygiene not that good & no answer call when we want to pick up our cat.
I don't know what is the reason behind not answer, and keeps on delay for pick up my cat, but as a pet owner, I don't really feel good with it.

β β β β β Almost ruined my holiday by canceling my cat's stay. Didn't even contact us and kept us waiting nearby his place for almost 1 hour! Didn't make any backup plan as we trusted him. Luckily a better place are available at the last minute. Sorry but you deserve this rating solely for you not communicating what happened and just respond to us after we contacted via Facebook.. Very poor costumer service, and I don't know how you treated cat if you treat people like this.

Bfore i hnta for boarding my cat was very active, he like to jump and play around, but bila i amik dia dari boarding after few days, he bcome so weird, jalan kaki trhinjut2 and very silence..he not even eat anythg since we get him. I text to the owner, but no response and even turn off his phone.. !!

β β β β β If you are looking for a sincere person to look after your pets, I wouldnβt recommend.
As I messaged a few times to ask important questions, the person just kept ignoring the messages.

β β β β β I had 3 ginger cats that I saved n they helped me to board them for months. N even when I couldn't have them anymore as I had 2 dogs n live in condo he helped me to take care of them. N also helped me get them adopted. I've visited them few times n all the cats were treated so lovingly & so manja. N they had some creative structures for the cats to run about, climb n play. defo recommend them as they love your pet like their own.
Prices are very reasonable but with excellent service & care. This place runs by PASSION FOR ANIMALS
