★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been following their social media accounts since they first started, and love to see how gentle they treat the cats who boarded there. I had to leave our mommy cat and her baby for a last minute 1 week trip, so I was so relieved to know the Economy Room was available despite their website shown otherwise (had to Whatsapp them to make sure). Since Mommy Bella need her medication, the staff followed our instructions and she looked so much better since! This proven what Catzonia's staffs show on socmed is in fact the real deal, they're good at what they do. Thanks you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent my 2 Persian cats for boarding and grooming at Catzonia since 2017. My cats are well taken care of by Catzonia staff and they will update you by sending your cat's video and picture. As an outcome, I have never seen my cats stress or homesick, or have any other disease. Even staying for 7 nights (comfy room).
I would prefer an Aroma salt bath for my cats. They seem calm after the spa session. Even one of my cats has knotted (entangled fur), Catzonia staff will help to remove it without extra charges. Thanks to the Catzonia team. Would be better if you could open another branch in Melaka.
