★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them. really bad service, doesn't even want to listen to half of my sentence, when they hear that I am not calling to the right departmetn, they just throw me an extension and hangs up the call. I didn't even get to hear what the extension number is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of the government deserves ZERO stars. Avoid like the plague if possible.They take months (18 months being the current record) to process any application and only update you when they need you to pay the exorbitant processing fees. Their 'meetings' to approve anything only take place monthly, and are often postponed, because "the health DG" has to be there at every meeting, and they literally can't do anything if the DG isn't around. In addition, everything has to be done by their book, and I mean an almost literal INCOMPLETE book that they have written and expect you to be aware of the stuff they haven't put in. Did I mention that they only make selected parts of the book available, and then blame you for not asking about the other parts?
In addition, there is absolutely no parking available for visitors. So even if you have to visit to pick up essential documents you have to trouble someone to drop you off and wait unless you want to rely on public transport.
If at all possible, do NOT have anything to do with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is directing to ACC department. A DR received the call at 835am. I was explaining the situation but she was so impatience and tell me “just tell what is the questions?”? How do you justify if you do not know the situation? And also she says i thought i have answer your question that day? Excuse me? Dod you even listen to my question?!
I wonder if this happen to the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place deserves negative star. They don't provide proper parking for visitors. Nearest insufficient paid parking area found is about 8 minutes walk away. You get a spot if you're lucky. Though they prepared two lanes in the road but they blocked almost everywhere of the whole complex leaving enough space for a car to pass by. Don't understand their intention of blocking the passage for clearer traffic? They don't provide enough passes for visitors.
