A nice and cosy place to hang out for a meal or a cup of tea/coffee, service is good, reasonable food waiting time, the taste of food is alright. Will come back again.

They serve Nasi Lemak, Nasi Briyani, Nasi Human, curry noodles (which I had), laksa, prawn noodles and a variety of breads and cakes. The curry noodles is Malay style and done quite nicely. The flavour was savoury and equally powering. I also had the cheesy chicken pie. It was wonderful (maybe it's because I haven't had one in quite some time), but I'll be sure to come back for it. The atmosphere is nice. Orders are made using a tablet. Staff are well trained, friendly, helpful and always with a smile.

If you looking for a place to relax your mind from busy life and pressure, you should consider this place. Me and my friends definitely will revisit this place again as is a good choice to having a cup of drink with friends to chit chat. (I stay 3 hours with my friends for chit chatting) Reason as below: 1. Environment= Nice ambient, playing with relax music. 2. Price= A very reasonable price for a drink with five star hotel environment. 3. Good Drinks= As I only manage to have a drink after my lunch at 2.30 pm. I will definitely will come here for a meal for the next visit. 4. Service = Will serve me with all my request and consider my request instead of giving me and standard answer when I request a extra chair to place my bag. 5. People = Friendly service with friendly uncle, made me feel comfortable. Last but not list , he is very patient answering my question. What is the meaning 1969 ? why 1969 ? For me I thought is means something to the trees. But the answer from the nice uncle is BOD of the founder of CawanMu whom borned in year 1969. A good customer service and good people whom serve everyone equity means a lot to me, from the service I can felt the founder doing the business not only for profit but he care for the community from all around of the range of people especially during Covid-19 . He must be a very nice person as he appreciated all the staff expertise . Whom had able to made the recruit a nice uncle to work for him (I not sure what his position in cawanMU but I will comment Mr Uncle respect his found whom able to share with me the meaning of 1969 when I asked. By the way Whom can answer me the meaning of CawanMu ? KawanMu? @@. For me this is what I felt for the 1st visit. Please correct me if i'm wrong. Food is slightly above average, reasonable price, clean hygiene and nothing to complaint or compliment. The service system itself is disasterous. One of our guest had their steak and salmon yesterday and brought us back again to MU Japanese. We went to MU Japanese during public holiday, understood reservation is necessary hence we had been recommended to CawanMu. The uncle first told it is ok to order from MU Japanese as they are from same company, which from their attitude it is not. Our guest would like to get the salmon and steak again which is not from the menu they brought from MU Japanese, we obviously feel the ignorant aura from them. End up the order for one of our guest even missed out, come only after checking with them half way ... Haizz...Do not promise what you can't do, simple as that. Not worth coming back for the food.

Very nice ambiance. The staffs are very friendly. Food was very good too.

We had breakfast buffet as CawanMu as part of our stay at 1969 Business Suites. There was ample food which the kitchen kept bringing out refills. The menu is simple but sufficient with fried keuy teow, porridge, nasi lemak, vegan curry rice, scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, bread, salad, cereals, coffee and tea, juices, fruit, cakes, etc. The decor was pleasant and we received courteous service from the wait staff. A good place for a simple yet satisfying breakfast buffet.

Breakfast buffet at a good price of RM14.20 (incl 10% service charge). The food was simple, but was well prepared. À la carte serves from 10.30am. Easy parking.

Great place for breakfast. Reasonable price. Foods and drinks nice. Easy parking. There's hotel above the restaurant. Friendly staffs and great services.
