★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service..made appointment then don't show up and never answer call after that. Luckily did not buy the offer over Fave (Groupon) and have to stuck to this company. Should just blacklist this company from future services.

Recently I bought a promotion from Fave and had such a hard time arranging an appointment because apparently they only work from 1pm - 2.30pm on weekdays although it was stated from 9am - 5pm. They weren't free any of the days for almost 2 weeks plus and finally made an appointment at 4pm during a weekday and I had to take a leave to get this done. I called up the company in the morning to confirm the appointment at 4pm and they did confirmed. However at 4pm, no one turned up, no calls or anything at all. When I called back at around 5pm, all they could say is, it's quite late and plus the roads would be jammed up, so how about tomorrow? I pleaded for them to make it on the same day regardless of how late it is, but they refused. So please think wisely before hiring this guys who doesn't care about their customers timing, how well would they service your air-cond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should put no star at all!!! Please do not use this company for air Cond services. Lousy and not reliable + RUDE. Engaged them few days ago and my aircon currently not working properly. Not cold. Re-schedule again today to rectify the problem, end up being scolded foul language from the boss and he requested us to pay again for the services. Gangster like attitude. Please take note of the company and spread to your family and friends. Don’t get cheated and pay hundreds for their services and in the end, you need to engage with another vendor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Fave voucher for their aircon services. I kept making appointments with them but they never confirmed. They finally confirmed but I wasted 3 hours of my time waiting for them as they never showed up and never bothered to reply or call back. Do not get cheated by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst aircond service provider. After service, the aircond is not cold at all. Before service it is cold just not blowing strong enough. The technician is not knowledgeable and experienced. The boss is not responsible, giving excuses like "i don't know" , "this is your problem". Threaten me to come talk to him face to face at his office. Keep on scolding badwords to customer when what I wanted is to solve the problem. The technician told me, they only do servicing, ( wash + refill gas ). Majority customer will not return for second time.
