★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Celcom should have proper customer service training to your workers.
Both workers sitting at counter number 1 & 2 are not giving any patience and proper advise when come to payment, and keep on nagging "apa la", "buang masa ja", "buat susah" when I wasnt told that overseas credit card is not acceptable, and tried a few times with different cards.
Can feel the unfriendly attitude even they were wearing face masks. Imagine if they are not covering their faces. Why should customers spend money to face this kind of attitude?
Overall, bad services, bad experience buying a new phone at celcom molek.

the fat girl who issue number not even friendly.
the staff also not helpful.
