★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was extremely slow. Only few counters were open. Customers have to que outside the premise for more than one hour. Once called inside customers have to wait another one hour to be served. One transaction at counter took more than 25 minutes. The management should limit the transaction time at counter to around 10 mins. Kesian kami kena tunggu. Even worst takde brochure disediakan. Mmg sangat lembab. Dah la blue cube hanya ada satu aje di kota bharu.
