★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD EXPERIENCE!! The sales representative (chinese man mid 40s) was very rude and unfriendly. Went to inquire about a celcom plan to upgrade. Answered my queries in a very unprofessional way. Acting like his dad owns celcom. Probably suffering from midlife crisis at that moment. Definitely wouldn't recommend this celcom centre. BM people can option to go to celcom bandar perda or celcom at Jalan Ciku.
