Bila hari kejadian staff celcom bgi no lain kat runner yg mai pasang. Dah la amik slot pukul 5. Mai pukul 4 lebih. Customer xdak kat rumah last2 cancel mcm tu ja. Patut slot pukul 5 kena la tunggu smpai pukul 5. Customer ada keja kot. Nak ubah slot pun xleh. Xguna ada customer service klu xleh nak link trus dekat celcom yg kita deal tu. Very bad service CELCOM JITRA
 Next time for contact no, x must use celcom no. Customer bgi no contact atas line tunetalk. Xsave directly to the data for contact. Already booked a celcom fiber slot. If the day of the incident, the celcom staff said no to the runner who installed it. Dah la amik slot at 5. Mai at 4 more. Customer xdak kat rumah last2 cancel mcm tu ja. It's worth the 5 o'clock slot, he has to wait until 5 o'clock. The customer has a coat. I want to change the slot. Xguna there is a customer service klu xleh want to link trus near celcom that we deal. Very bad service CELCOM JITRA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my brother came to the store, the staff is lacking customer service skills and poorly explain to us about the plan.
I try to talk to the lady(looks teenagers), they not even handle the conversation as good as other Celcom stores, and they put a boring face to us.
The store is empty, not even the display phone plus the stuff looks grumpy.
Will never return here.
THIS PREMISE’ CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD.
