★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish service, two counters open and fourth customer need to wait over an hour to have the chance to be served. And what make it worse is the old Chinese crippled uncle as the counter personnel allow newly arrived customer to cut queue in the face after the long one-hour wait. The branch further claim the FREE PHONE advertisement for XP lite package of RM58 need to pay charges to buy some overly-priced power bank and earphone to be eligible for the so called "free" phone and this cannot be seen from any advertisement from the leaflet nor celcom website. Not sure whether this can be known as business fraud.
