★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym with new equipment, tidy place, great atmosphere, spacious, clean and neat wash room c/w sauna and staff are friendly too...had a few sessions with the personal trainer for a month after convincing me with a complimentary free trial, what i can say from the experience, it was worth of tried by having considerably good result within a short period of time, much thanks to the trainer...I observed the trainers are well trained by having a fitness manager stationed in the house giving continuous training to them, well managed gym and do keep up the good service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a member of CF for over 10yrs and used the Tebrau branch on/off for the past 3yrs. Staff are all friendly and i find the management of this gym is more proactive compared to some of the other CF branch I've been to. Happy to be back to workout after MCO..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOP not properly enforced. Alot of lazy people not cleaning up after themselves. Most equipment left sweaty and the following user need to perform cleaner's duty. Most staff just turn a blind eye and engage with games on their phone. Hopeless!
