★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy management team.. All higher management team dare not standby at counter because many members complain pertaining charges even thou have cancelled membership... I m going to lodge police report on this ASAP
Management team new staff handle member complaints.
They have no right to proceed charging auto debit cards without client agreements and charges was not listed in agreement.
This is not right way of handling and such big company failure to make big mistakes
